Le cycle Porquerollais was founded in 1974.
Our shop is located at the entrance to the village in a building featuring a 19th century bathing resorts style.

Le Cycle Porquerollais is a family firm that provides you with a range of cycles for the whole family.

For toddlers who can't ride yet we provide baby seats or, depending on the age, MTB trailers that can be pulled by the bikes. For MTB aficionados fully suspended MTBs and Tandems are also available.

Our establishment is open all year round except on December 25th and January 1st.
Opening hours depend on the season and the ferry timetables.
In winter we are closed from 12:45 to 2:30 pm but the rest of the year we are at your service all day.

A bit of history :
1974 is the reign of the mini-bike. Trends and their lack of suitability to the Porquerolles terrain, as well as to the physique of our customers, prompted us to quickly change our cycles for larger bikes with bigger wheels. c’est le règne du mini-vélo. Histoire de mode et peu adapté au terrain de Porquerolles, ainsi qu’à la morphologie des utilisateurs, nous changeons rapidement notre parc pour du ‘grand vélo en roue de 650’.
1976 we started hearing about strange people in the USA perched on strange bikes with wide tires riding down mountains as fast as they can. It was the advent of the Mountain Bike.

Today we are equipped with leading edge technology Cannondale and Specialized MTBs..
